Mallon Fun
Another fun filled weekend with the Mallon clan! Corey and I will take any chance we get to hang out with this rowdy group of 8 kids...well 9 if you count Corey! This was during the triplet's 2nd Birthday weekend and we celebrated with cake and presents. What GREAT kids and what an amazing time! We love you Mallon's!!!

Summer Celebration...Weird Al
Dan (Mandi's boyfriend) was nice enough to invite us out on the boat to hang and listen to the opening show of Summer Celebration. We couldn't hear a heck of a lot of Weird Al but we probably heard enough.

Uncle Dan and Cassie
Uncle Dan came home to visit. He had already given the other kids their own "Uncle Dan" bear with a personalized message. So he brought one home for Cass.

Fun at the Library
Supermom Jen has made it a pretty full and exciting summer for the kids. One of the weekly rituals is the Summer Reading Program. The kids had a great time with the animals from Hollands Outdoor Discovery Center.

New Slip and Slide
Since Daddy broke the first one, Mommy found a pretty cool ramped and splash one that the kids really like.

CJ playing T-Ball
Plenty of fans and plenty of tennis balls make for a pretty exciting game considering there is no winner. CJ likes to tell his teammates stories while the game is in progress. He is getting the hang of tagging people "out". He plays for the Yankees so he had to have a $27 dollar fitted cap.

Beach Digging
This was a ton of fun! We dug a massive trench, made the kids into mermaids buried ourselves up to our knees to make believe we were elves. Pretty big album here.

Slip and Slide
Check for rocks and doggy doo first and plenty of fun on the dual slip and slide. This was the second to last time the dual was used since dad couldn't resist and ripped it wide open. I guess they are serious about that weight limit thing.

On the way home from the cabin the kids could tell we were nearing Camp Bumpa and wanted to stop and see BeeBee.

Another Cottage Weekend
The low-maintenance lifestyle at the cabin is pretty addictive. We have taken advantage of every open weekend in early summer so far. This album has plenty of shots of the cabin itself as well.

Needs Explanation
Alright. So we had a pretty good stretch of "good parenting". Our naughty sides got the best of us and we found this pretty darn funny.
So, CJ had his hand out the window of the van when Jen closed it and he hurt his finger. He kept showing us the finger he hurt and could see we were finding it funny. Later, he slammed his other hand in a drawer and through his tears said "I hurt both of these fingers today"
Bad, bad, bad. I know.
