Cupcake Alligator

Our friends Joan and Tony, who we have been lucky enough to cross paths with for many reasons this past year, are simply wonderful to our kids. Joan saw a project in a magazine that she thought would be right up the Lallo kid alley. They came over with the instructions and every ingredient needed (that took most of their afternoon to find) to create a Cupcake Alligator. Baking projects are HUGE with Jen and the kids and this was Lanies first exposure to this favorite activity. Everyone gets to help with each step and there are few limits on snacking as long as there is enough to finish the project. Thanks again to Joan and Tony. It was delicious and a ton of fun!
