Thank you to everyone for their kind words regarding the loss of our dog. We had been warned it was coming a few months ago. She was a 9 year old Weimaraner and the best BIG family dog we could ask for. This video is more therapeutic for me than anything so check it out if you like. Dog lovers can relate. Her best friend Isabelle has been heartbroken for days so she is getting the leftover love.
What a wonderful dog. She was Jen's and my first baby. She went everywhere with us and was spoiled rotten until the addition of kids. She took the additions in stride and embraced the opportunity for more love. Sage was FANTASTIC with kids. There was not a single bone in her body capable of harming anyone or anything. This made for a relatively unsuccessful hunting dog but the best family pet we could ask for. 7 months ago, we were told we had about 3-4 months left with her. We are thankful for the extra time and for having her as part of our life. You will be missed pretty puppy. See you on the Rainbow Bridge (look it up).

Oh....tears in my coffee this morning...She was such a sweet pup.
Thanks for sharing that Corey and Jen.

Her little Taco Bell toy deserves a place of honor on your shelf. Sweet stuff.
If only people could be more like dogs.
Okay, CLEARLY I'm a little hormonal right now... I googled rainbow bridge and watched the one with the poem set to music... yeah, I'm sitting in my office BAWLING! haha.
