This was the first time our family divided and conquered. Corey, CJ, and Lanie stayed home and watched every superhero movie ever made while eating junk food and drinking beer and ROOTbeer. Cassie, Maddie, and I jumped on the Cross Lake Ferry to spend the weekend at Aime and Bumpa's. I was heading home to celebrate my great friend Jenn Daly's wedding shower and bachelorette party. When we got off the boat we were greeted by all the grandparents, Aunt Deb, and mom and dad. We headed to Docker's for a really nice dinner and it was SO SPECIAL to just have the two big girls.
