In an effort to fully embrace our proximity to the city we decided to take the train into Chicago with all three kids and our double jogger. After arriving at Union Station, a quick bus ride gets us right to Navy Pier. The kids did FANTASTIC!! They acted like this was an everyday occurrence, even so far as to run through Union Station when we arrived with 3 minutes to catch our train (another wouldn't leave for two hours). Navy Pier was amazing. Winter Wonderland was MASSIVE as you will see and Maddie had her first experience with a rollercoaster. These kids are a blast to hang out with.
