Bloomin Days and Field Day

There are only 3 pictures of Bloomin Days but just another reason we LOVE our new town. On our weekly trip downtown to the Harbor Market, we couldn't find it in it's usual location. Driving a block or two further we began to see the streets lined with different vendors and our usual Harbor Market favorites! We had found Bloomin Day's, their annual festival, complete with all things festival-like. We will be there next year again, what a fun day!

CJ also had his end of year field day and we all attended. Maddie was an honorable member of his class and kept up perfectly with girls 2 years older than her. We caught an especially sweet moment when CJ corrected one of his buddies as he cut in front of his sister. "No, I'm serious, it's my sisters turn. You need to go to the back of the line." He must have sensed the gravity in CJ's request as he quickly found his proper place in line.

The pic of the graham crackers is funny to us cause CJ decided to be a comedian after a trip to the grocery store (Jewel is the name of our grocery). CJ wrote on the box a message to our family from Jewel...what a goof!
