Halloween seems to be suffering an identity crisis. There is little consensus on the time or even date to celebrate. The bonuses are multiple uses of costumes, multiple opportunities to get candy and the fact that Halloween can last weeks. Viking Park set up a really cool community trick or treat with character stations throughout. The kids were able to hang out with everyone from Elmo to the Incredibles. Snacks and hot chocolate were provided at the end to warm little tummies.
