We bought a new Weber Grill as a "selling the house congrats" to ourselves and christened it with Portabella mushroom burgers with mozzarella cheese, onions and our garden grown basil leaves. Maddie inquired as to why I didn't have a beer to complete the grilling experience. On a weekday?!?! The horror! Fantastic dinner.
