Having a birthday within 4 days of Christmas not only means she was our last minute tax deduction but that she has to share her special day with a pretty eventful couple of weeks.  Our kids get so excited about celebrations for each other and are so appreciative of gifts that selfishly we may start celebrating Birthdays more than once a year just for their entertainment value.  She may be Cassidy on her birth certificate, but she is DeeDee to everyone else in the house.  I think we have mentioned her tendency to refer to herself in third person before.   Her lovablility is her defense against getting out of trouble along with her glazed over look (which we dubbed Matthew McConaughey eyes, a suspected cover up for a slip on Jens part, paternity test on Maury next month so stay tuned).  She is equal parts silly and naughty and we can't always tell which one to assign.  Happy Birthday Princess!
