After finding out we were a mere 25 minutes from the Jelly Belly factory, we set out to fill a cold Saturday and our bellies with fun and tastiness. The tour ended with plenty of free samples but the opportunity to purchase "Belly Flops" that did not hold to their exacting standards was too tempting to pass up. The Jelly Belly bar boasted some very talented mixologists that could recreate each layer of a key lime pie or simulate every aspect of a "Sex on the Beach" to name a few. As always, the addition of paper hats is a multiplier of fun. It's a theory anyway.
